I had heard that the (ISC)2 was going to start limiting the questions on US specific security standards and focus on international security standards like Common Criteria. I just don't want to waste a lot of time memorizing all the Orange Book specific info if it isn't going to pay dividends on the test.

The subjects that are covered in the CISSP exam are pretty varied. Plus each test is different to prevent people from memorizing answers to specific questions. There would be no way to even guess the distribution of questions on any given test
